By accessing or using any of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and you must discontinue use immediately.

• The 9ijakids WhatsApp Quiz service, allowing users to participate in quizzes via chat on the WhatsApp platform.

3. User Accounts

If the Services require you to register for an account, you agree to:

• Keep your password confidential and be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• WhatsApp Quiz Specifics: You agree to interact with the 9ijakids WhatsApp quiz chatbot solely for the purpose of participating in the quiz as designed.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, including our systems or data, or to the WhatsApp platform in a way not intended for the quiz service.
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services or the servers and networks connected to the Services.
• Use automated systems (e.g., robots, spiders, etc.) to access or interact with the Services, including the WhatsApp quiz, in a manner that is not how a human would typically participate in the quiz.
• Upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another’s privacy.
• Use the Services to transmit spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email or messages, including inappropriate use of the WhatsApp quiz channel for unsolicited communications.
• Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Services.
• Use the Services in a manner that violates any applicable law or regulation in Nigeria.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services, including all website content, applications, games, workbooks, quiz content (questions, answers, format), graphics, logos, trademarks, and software, are owned by or licensed to Lorem Excelleniam Services and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws in Nigeria and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services and download/print materials (like workbooks) strictly for your personal, non-commercial educational use, subject to these Terms.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material from our Services, except as incidentally necessary to access and use the Services as intended or as explicitly permitted by us.

If you provide any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Services (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate such Feedback into our Services without any obligation to you.

7. Disclaimers

• “As Is” Basis: The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Services and your use thereof, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee any specific educational outcomes, academic performance, or learning achievements as a result of using the Services. They are not a substitute for formal education.
• Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the content on the Services (including quiz questions/answers) is always complete, accurate, reliable, current, or error-free.
• Service Availability: We do not guarantee that the Services will be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.
• WhatsApp Platform: Our WhatsApp quiz service relies on the WhatsApp platform, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta. We are not responsible for the availability, reliability, security, or any issues arising from the WhatsApp platform itself. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to Meta’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Lorem Excelleniam Services or 9ijakids.com, nor our directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lorem Excelleniam Services and 9ijakids.com, our affiliates, and our respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party, including intellectual property rights; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must discontinue all use of the Services. Sections 6 (Intellectual Property), 7 (Disclaimers), 8 (Limitation of Liability), 9 (Indemnification), 11 (Governing Law), and 12 (Dispute Resolution) will survive termination.

These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Dispute Resolution
